HACM HIT THE MARK

HACM project hit the mark! Beginning by the interest that this website, online by early December, is registering (now we can count on 2000 contacts ca) and by a growing interest from the media, which in these days are visiting the Chalet Il Capricorno laboratory HACM, to achieve some services to be released in early 2014.
It is certainly a great satisfaction the success of Fabrizio Barbero , chef of Restaurant Naskira ,at the Award truffle of Gubbio, where he distinguished himself with a sophisticated "Fonduta di casa Savoia" result that best- voted by the Jury.
Small steps toward that in 2014 a project to become contagious, for the valorization of our Alps An ambitious project that through word of mouth, "the whistle of the marmot" , which is the symbol of the Academy, will be diffused.
And with this introduction, as president dell'HACM , I want to ask all those who have helped, supported and encouraged us to continue along this path, the best wishes by all the Pool HACM .
