Beginning by the interest that this website, online by early December, is registering (now we can count on 2000 contacts ca) and by a growing interest from the media, which in these days are visiting the Chalet Il Capricorno laboratory HACM, to achieve some services to be released in early 2014.

It is certainly a great satisfaction the success of Fabrizio Barbero , chef of Restaurant Naskira ,at the Award truffle of Gubbio, where he distinguished himself with a sophisticated "Fonduta di casa Savoia" result that best- voted by the Jury.

Small steps toward that in 2014 a project to become contagious, for the valorization of our Alps An ambitious project that through word of mouth, "the whistle of the marmot" , which is the symbol of the Academy, will be diffused.

And with this introduction, as president dell'HACM , I want to ask all those who have helped, supported and encouraged us to continue along this path, the best wishes by all the Pool HACM .
